Row Across Rosseau (May 30th) - Cancelled - due to extended lockdown

Wednesday afternoon long rows - 20km each, really fun and casual, but should be able to row at a comfortable pace for an hour. Recommended for our fitness rowers, our junior scullers II rowers and our competitive rowers. Dates this summer: July 7, July 14, August 4

Poker Run - Saturday July 24th
This year running again as a group race/row. This means we aren’t timing it, we are all starting together, and we’re all trying to row hard and push our boundaries. Social afterwards at Jeremy’s and Kathy’s COVID conditions permitting.

Indian River Relay - Tuesday July 27th
Our annual fun regatta and social. Any skill level welcome, mixed teams that we create the day of. Come and participate and if you’re too nervous, come and watch! Save the date.

Parry Sound News

With the second summer navigating COVID, we are going to hold off on running Parry Sound programs for the summer. You’ll still see a few rowers there training occasionally in the mornings, and if you’d like to take part please contact us directly, but otherwise we would love to see you in Port Carling, and we look forward to growing our Parry Sound location in the future.

Junior Coaching Positions

In Port Carling we are offering positions to junior scullers who are interested in getting into coaching. This involves volunteering for one morning a week for the summer, and we pay for your coaching levels. If interested please email us and let us know. Limited positions.

Equipment for sale

We have been busy with orders for Mission rowing shells, Sculling Oars, Oar Board units and Key Log rolling logs all winter and spring. Equipment ordered now can still arrive either end of June or in August, depending in choices. Our equipment is for sale here.

We will also be selling used equipment starting this weekend. Check in on the website to check out equipment when we post it.
