SPRING - 6 weeks (MAY 19 - June 27, 2025)

Learn To Row

The Learn to Row program consists of 2 sessions. Session 1 and 2. Choose one of each.
Session 1: Monday May 12th, 8:30-10:00am; Tuesday May 13th, 4:30 - 6:00pm; OR Saturday May 17th, 8:30-10:00am
Session 2: Wednesday May 14th, 8:30-10:00am; Thursday May 15th, 4:30-6:00pm; OR Sunday May 18th, 8:30-10:00am.

Junior Scullers Sessions

4:30pm - 6:00pm - Tuesdays OR Thursdays

Competitive Training Sessions

Comp 1 Sessions: 6:00pm - 7:30pm - Tuesdays AND Thursdays
Accelerate Sessions: 4:30 - 6:00pm - Tuesdays AND Thursdays

Fitness Rowing Sessions

8:30am - 10:00am - Mondays and Wednesdays (May 19th changed to May 20th)
6:00pm - 7:30pm - Tuesdays and Thursdays

SUMMER - 8 weeks (JuNE 28 - August 22, 2025)
