TECHNIQUE, FITNESS AND SPEED ON THE WATER

Our competitive programs are designed for those who are 14 years and older (no upper age limit!) interested in training to race either this year or at some point in the future. These sessions are also suitable for those who used to race, and that still want to row at the same level.

In rowing, as with many sports, speed on the water is a combination of technique and fitness. Because people enter the racing world in a few different ways, we have different streams of competitive rowing to provide the best training opportunities to each of our rowers.

The following are our Competitive Programs, schedules, details and pricing.

This program is intended for those that are interested in racing, but still need to build their rowing skills to be able to join the COMP 1 Program. This is perfect for those who have learned to row, and know that they would like to work towards racing.
