Let's make the most of winter - together!
Okay it doesn't look like this yet, but with snow-flakes occasionally flying past our windows, this summer is quickly fading into our memories...and if we're not careful, so too will our fit strong bodies from all that summer rowing!
Every fall I think of all of our summer rowers and feel an urge to stay connected and to help people keep strong and healthy. With the many restrictions on what we can and can't do - I've been thinking about ways to do this.
GROUP WORKOUTS!
I'm sending this email to ask for YOUR FEEDBACK! Don't worry - no survey to fill out, just click on reply (only if you want to) and let me know if you are interested in any of the following:
Group erg workouts online (zoom): You use your erg. I use mine while I coach you through it. If the time we pick doesn't work, you'll have an access code to download it and do the workout when it works for you.
Rowing specific yoga sessions (also zoom): Geared specifically to build strength and flexibility in areas complimentary to rowing. Same as the erg sessions - join us, or download it and do it when it works for you.
Personal training plan development to keep you motivated through the winter.
Although I begrudge working out inside I realize that when I incorporate even just one erg workout and one yoga session into my week - it makes a HUGE difference to my physical and mental well being.
I'd love to hear if this is of any interest. If YES - GREAT! We can try it out. If NO - also GREAT - I totally understand and am in no way counting on doing this. I will still be in touch off and on and available anytime someone needs a sanity break. Bug me by email, phone, text - I would love the interruption!
