We are again planning an EPIC WEEKEND filled with every kind of rowing event. Take part in 1, 2, or maybe even all 3 events!

Notice, that conveniently all the events add up to an even $100. Yep - for a long race, a local regatta AND a long Sunday afternoon row with a stop at Windermere. Why not do all 3! Also, join us on Saturday night for an evening social at Jeremy and Kathy’s house.

Muskoka Poker Run

22km Row/Race for Singles Only on Lake Muskoka
Saturday, August 12th, 6am, Starts at Hanna Park, Bailey Street, Port Carling, ON
This is an epic 22km singles only race/row, open for both flat water and open water shells, with about 40% being suitable for flatwater shells and 60% better suited to open water shells - you choose:). It starts in Port Carling and follows the top of Lake Muskoka on a loop, finishing back in Port Carling.
Cost is $30 inc. tax

Indian River Relay

Our Annual Local Regatta, For All Ages and Skill Levels
Saturday, August 12th, 10am-1pm, Hatchets Rowing Centre, Port Carling, ON
This is our annual local regatta to bring rowers of all abilities together in a sprint relay race. Teams of 4 of mixed abilities are created on the day of the race from the registered rowers. Racing takes place in two touring singles, which team mates taking turns rowing 600m. Fastest team time for the day wins a big high five and the painting of their hand prints on the dock.
Cost is $20 inc. tax

Row to Windermere

20km Afternoon Row on Lake Rosseau
Sunday, August 13th, 12pm-5pm, Start and Finish at Hatchets Rowing Centre, Port Carling, ON
We like to take advantage of long summer days to explore areas of the Muskoka Lakes in open water rowing shells that we don’t get to see in our daily lessons. Come ready for lots of rowing, chatting and improvising as we go on our adventure!
