We make teams the morning of the event, no pre-planning required - just come!
This is our annual local regatta to bring rowers of all abilities together in a sprint relay race. Teams of 4 of mixed abilities are created on the day of the race from the registered rowers. Racing takes place in two touring singles, which team mates taking turns rowing 600m. Fastest team time for the day wins a big high five and the painting of their hand prints on the dock.
The race draw for teams happens at 11am, and then the relay begins!
Whether you row with us on a regular basis or you row on your own or with another club, come join in on this short fun event to meet other rowers and get out on the water and have some fun!
The cost for the event is $20 (inc HST)

Event #2: The Indian River Relay, 11am-2pm, Saturday August 9th, our local regatta
Event #3: Row to Windermere, 12pm-5pm, Sunday August 10th, 20km row on Lake Rosseau
